A highly-qualified dedicated Content Specialist will be the one curating and creating content for your accounts. Our Content Specialists are just that – specialists in social media content. They spend hours scouring the web, searching for relevant content to share on your accounts. Their goal is to engage with your audience the way you would if you had the time. We’re big on taking ownership and responsibility for our work, and it shows in everything we do.
Great question! Without results, even $20 is too much. The benefits here are threefold:
1. A consistent social media presence. When someone clicks on the Facebook icon on your site (you do have one, right?), you want them to see an active presence, and you want them to see that the quality of your content is high and demonstrates your expertise (see #2 below). We don’t just post “Happy Friday” and a picture of a cat. We pride ourselves on finding quality content that is unique, interesting, and encourages engagement.
2. Building expertise. Because we research your industry and target audience very well from the beginning, and because we encourage your feedback on an ongoing basis, the content we post on your behalf helps to demonstrate your expertise in your field.
3. SEO. Google and other search engines are interested in your social media presence. Search engines want to return relevant, legitimate links when someone searches for a term, and having a consistent presence on social media is one indicator that your website (and your business) are legitimate.

We have a short agreement for you to sign, but it’s not a contract to purchase services for any specific length of time. It just spells out the terms of our service and lays out our obligations (do the work promised) and your obligations (pay for the work we do). You can cancel anytime you’d like. We just ask for 30 days notice to stop work on your account.

We are able to post to both Instagram and Pinterest, however, because these platforms are so different from the others, we aren’t able to substitute networks. Our core plan includes Facebook, Twitter, and Google+, and you can add other networks like Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram for an additional charge.
We serve clients all over the world. For now, we only post in English, but we are able to differentiate US vs UK styles of English. Just be sure to make that request when you complete your profile questionnaire.

Also, we rely on volume rather than large margins. To realize the revenue that a typical firm sees, we need a lot of clients, and we need them to stick with us. That’s why we take such great care of them!
When you sign up for a plan, your Content Specialist spends a considerable amount of time researching your industry and target market. If you’re trying to reach a local audience – wherever they may be – your local area is part of that research. You are also welcome to provide any information you’d like that you think will be helpful.
At this time, we only provide service in English. If you would like service in another language, please let us know. We will consider expanding services into other languages if the demand is great enough.
It doesn’t matter if you’re in the UK, Australia, Asia, or South Africa, we are able to differentiate US vs UK styles of English (colour vs color; realise vs realize; etc.). Just be sure to make that request when you complete your profile questionnaire.
The service we offer has specific benefits to any small business – primarily, a consistent presence, credibility, and some SEO benefits. In addition to the benefits we demonstrate for every client, some clients will experience a direct correlation between the work we do and sales of their products and services and website traffic. We do link to your website through some posts, and the other benefits we’ve listed can organically increase your traffic and sales.

Yes, we always post based on the client’s time zone. Your posts will go live during business hours where you are located.
